By submitting a design request, you agree to our standard terms and conditions. All custom orders begin once placed and production starts immediately — sales are final and cannot be canceled.

You’ll receive a digital proof to review before production, so please check it carefully. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will replace defective products if reported within 14 days of delivery, but we do not issue refunds.

You also confirm you hold the rights to any artwork you provide and understand that molds/dies remain the property of Giant Pins.
